§ 0.116 Board of Immigration Appeals.
The membership of the Board of Immigration Appeals shall consist of a Chairman, two Vice Chairmen, and twenty other members. The Chairman shall be be established in accordance with 8 CFR 1003.1. The Chairman of the Board of Immigration Appeals, who shall also be known as the Chief Appellate Immigration Judge, shall be responsible for providing supervision and establishing internal operating procedures of the Board in the exercise of its authorities and responsibilities as delineated in 8 CFR 31003.1 through 3 1003.8.
