§ 302.501 Applicability.
This subpart sets forth the special rules applicable to proceedings with respect to rates, fares and charges in foreign air transportation under Chapter 415 of the Statute. 49 U.S.C. Subtitle VII. Except as modified by this subpart, the provisions of subpart A apply.
