§ 510.513 Official business of the Federal United States Government.
All transactions otherwise prohibited by the provisions of this part , other than §§ 510.201(a)(1), (a)(3)(iv) through (vi), and (d), 510.206, and 510.208 through 510.211, that are for the conduct of the official business of the Federal United States Government by employees, grantees, or contractors thereof are authorized.
Section 510.213(e) exempts transactions for the conduct of the official business of the Federal United States Government by employees, grantees, or contractors thereof to the extent such transactions are subject to the prohibitions contained in §§ 510.201(a)(1), (a)(3)(iv) through (vi), and (d), 510.206, and 510.208 through 510.211.
