§ 21.215 Who is responsible for the DGARS?

The Director of Defense Research and EngineeringThe Assistant Secretary of Defense for Research and Engineering (ASD(R&E)), or his or her designee, develops and implements DGARS policies and procedures. He or she does so by issuing and maintaining the DoD publications that comprise the DGARS.
