    The operator shall must ensure that -

    (a) Equipment repairs are made so that -

    (1) The equipment continues to meet the applicable requirements in this subpart and in NFPA 59A (incorporated by reference, see § 127.003); and

    (2) Safety is not compromised; and

    (b) Welding is done in accordance with NFPA 51B and Section 10.4.3 of NFPA 59A , Chapter 6, Section 6-3.4(both incorporated by reference, see § 127.003).
