§ 340.9 Compliance.
Pursuant to 50 U.S.C. 4513, any person who willfully performs any act prohibited, or willfully fails to perform any act required, by the provisions of this part shall, upon conviction, be fined not more than $31$32,326 341 or imprisoned for not more than one year, or both.
