O-O -Diethyl-O -phen-yl-phos-pho-rothioate, applied at a maximum of 1 pound per acre, is exempted from the requirement of a tolerance when use as an inert ingredient herbicide extender in formulations containingS -ethyl di-pro-pyl-thio-car-ba-mate,S -ethyl hex-a-hydro-H -azepine-l-car-bo-thioate,S- ethyl cy-clo-hex-yl-ethyl-thio-car-ba-mate,S -propyl di-pro-pyl-thio-car-ba-mate,S -ethyl di-iso-bu-tyl-thio-car-ba-mate andS -propyl bu-tyl-ethyl-thio-car-ba-mate applied, in accordance with good agricultural practices, to crops prior to harvest, at a maximum rate of 1 poundO,O -diethyl-O -phenylphosphorothioate per acre.
