§ 180.1066 - O-O-Diethyl-O-phenylphosphorothioate; exemption from the requirement of a tolerance.

O-O-Diethyl-O-phen-yl-phos-pho-rothioate, applied at a maximum of 1 pound per acre, is exempted from the requirement of a tolerance when use as an inert ingredient herbicide extender in formulations containing S-ethyl di-pro-pyl-thio-car-ba-mate, S-ethyl hex-a-hydro-H-azepine-l-car-bo-thioate, S- ethyl cy-clo-hex-yl-ethyl-thio-car-ba-mate, S-propyl di-pro-pyl-thio-car-ba-mate, S-ethyl di-iso-bu-tyl-thio-car-ba-mate and S-propyl bu-tyl-ethyl-thio-car-ba-mate applied, in accordance with good agricultural practices, to crops prior to harvest, at a maximum rate of 1 pound O,O-diethyl-O-phenylphosphorothioate per acre.
