§ 180.311 - Cacodylic acid; tolerances for residues.

(a) General. A tolerance is established for residues of the defoliant cacodylic acid, dimethylarsinic acid, including its metabolites and degradates, in or on the commodity in the following table. Compliance with the tolerance level specified in this paragraph is to be determined by measuring only those cacodylic acid residues convertible to As2O3, expressed as the stoichiometric equivalent of cacodylic acid, in or on the commodity.
