Latest version.
  • § 180.345 Ethofumesate; tolerances for residues.

    (a) General. Tolerances Tolerance are established for the combined residues of the herbicide ethofumesate (, including its metabolites and degradates, in or on the commodities in the table below. Compliance with the tolerance levels specified below is to be determined by measuring only the sum of ethofumesate, 2-ethoxy-2,3-dihydro-3,3-dimethyl-5-benzofuranyl methanesulfonate) , and its metabolites 2-hydroxy-2,3-dihydro-3,3-dimethyl-5-benzofuranyl methanesulfonate, and 2,3-dihydro-3,3-dimethyl-2-oxo-5-benzofuranyl methanesulfonate both benzofuranylmethanesulfonate, calculated as parent compound the stoichiometric equivalent of ethofumesate, in or on the following food commodities: .

    (c) Tolerances with regional registrationregistrations. Tolerances with a regional registration, as defined in 40 CFR § 180.1(l) are established for the combined residues of ethofumesate,(the herbicide ethofumesate, including its metabolites and degradates, in or on the commodities in the table below.
