§ 180.353 Desmedipham; tolerances for residues.
(a) General. Tolerances are established for residues of the herbicide desmedipham, (ethyl-m-hydroxycarbanilate carbanilate) in or on the following raw agricultural commodities in the table that follows:
Commodity Parts per million Beet, garden, roots 0.05 Beet, garden, tops 1.0 Beet, sugar, roots 0.1 Beet, sugar, tops 5.0 Spinach 6.0 (b) Section 18 emergency exemptions. [Reserved]
