§ 40.160-4 Equipment report.
At As provided in 2 CFR 200.344 within 120 days of the completion or termination of a project, the grantee will submit a listing of all items of equipment acquired with grant funds with an acquisition cost of $300 or more and having a useful life of more than 1 year. Equipment as defined at 2 CFR 200.1.
