If your POTW treatment plant began construction on or after December 1, 1998, you must comply with all provisions of this subpart either immediately upon startup, or by six months after October 26, 1999, whichever date is laterSources subject to this subpart are required to achieve compliance on or before the dates specified in table 2 of this subpart.
