  • § 1410.7 Duration of contracts.

    (a) Contracts with land devoted to hardwood trees, shelterbelts, windbreaks, or wildlife corridors In general, except as provided in paragraphs (b) and (c) of this section and §§ 1410.70 and 1410.80, the CRP contract period will be for a term of at least 10 years, and up to no more than 15 years, as requested by the applicant.

    (b) Other general and continuous signup contracts under this part The CRP contract period for land enrolled under a grassland signup as specified in § 1410.30(c) will be for a term of 10 to years or 15 years, as determined requested by the Deputy Administratorproducer.

    (c) Grassland signup contracts CRP contracts for land devoted to hardwood trees, shelterbelts, windbreaks, and wildlife corridors will be for a term of 10 years to 15 years, as requested by the producer.

    (d) All CRP contracts will expire on September 30 of the final calendar year of the contract .
