§ 779.18 - Climatological information.

§ 779.18 What information on climate must I include in my permit application?
The regulatory authority may require that your permit applicationClimatological information.
climatic(a) When requested by the regulatory authority, the application shall contain a statement of the
bclimatological factors that are representative of the proposed permit area, including:
a(
.1) The average seasonal precipitation
;
(
.2) The average direction and velocity of prevailing winds
c; and
(
3) Seasonal temperature ranges.
d) Additional data that the regulatory authority deems(
b) The regulatory authority may request such additional data as deemed necessary to ensure compliance with the requirements of this subchapter.
