§ 779.18 What information on climate must I include in my permit application?

The regulatory authority may require that your permit application

Climatological information.

(a) When requested by the regulatory authority, the application shall contain a statement of the

climatic

climatological factors that are representative of the proposed permit area, including:

(

1) The average seasonal precipitation

b

2) The average direction and velocity of prevailing winds

.

; and

(

c

3) Seasonal temperature ranges.

(

d) Additional data that the regulatory authority deems
