§ 78.67 Copies of Familiarity with FCC rules.

The Both the licensee of a CARS station shall have a current copy of this part 78, and, in cases where aeronautical obstruction marking of antennas is required, part 17 of this chapter shall be available for use by the operator in charge. Both the licensee and the operator cable television relay station (CARS) and the operator or operators responsible for the proper operation of the station are expected to be familiar with the rules governing CARS stations.
