(a) Advisory opinion requests which qualify under 11 CFR 112.1 shall be made public at the Commission promptly upon their receipt.
(b) A copy of the original request and any supplements thereto, shall be available for public inspection and purchase at the Public Disclosure and Media Relations Division of the Commission . and on the Commission's website
