Effective date —(1)Applicability date. Paragraph (b)(3)(iii)(D) of this section applies to any original consolidated Federal income tax return due (without extensions) after April 10, 2007.(2)
Expiration date. The applicability of paragraphs (b)(3)(iii)(D) and (k) of this section will expire on April 9, 2010.
