§ 117.621 Fore RiverWest Bay.
The draw of the Quincy Weymouth SR3A bridgeWest Bay Bridge, mile 3.5 between Quincy Point and North Weymouth, Massachusetts, shall open on signal, except that1.2, at Osterville, shall operate as follows:
(a) From 6:30 a.m. to 9 November 1 through April 30, the draw shall open on signal if at least a twenty-four hours advance notice is given.
and from 4:30 p.m.(b) From May 1 through June 15, the draw shall open on signal from 8 a.m.

(b) The draw shall open on signal at all times for self-propelled vessels greater than 10,000 gross tons.
(c) From noon to 6 p.m. on Thanksgiving Day, from 6 p.m. on December 24 to midnight on December 25, and from 6 p.m. on December 31 to midnight on January 1(c) From June 16 through September 30, the draw shall open on signal from 7 a.m. to 9 p.m.
(d) From October 1 through October 31, the draw shall open on signal from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.
