§ 1016.4 Communications.

Communications concerning rulemaking, i.e., petition to change this part, should be addressed to the Associate Under SecretaryDirector, Office of Environment, Health, Safety and Security, AU–1EHSS–1/Forrestal Building, Office of Environment, Health, Safety and Security, U.S. Department of Energy, 1000 Independence Avenue SW., Washington, DC 20585. All other communications concerning the regulations in this part should be addressed to the cognizant DOE or National Nuclear Security Administration (NNSA) office.
