§ 460.1 Scope.
This subpart establishes energy conservation standards for manufactured homes as manufactured at the factory, prior to distribution in commerce for sale or installation in the field. A manufactured home Manufacturers must apply the requirements of this part to a manufactured home subject to § 460.4(b) that is manufactured on or after the May 31, 2023 must comply with all applicable 60 days after publication of final enforcement procedures for this part. DOE will amend this section to include the specific compliance date, once known. Manufacturers must apply the requirements of this part to a manufactured home subject to § 460.4(c) that is manufactured on or after July 1, 2025.
