§ 1807.700 Notice of funds availability.

Each Applicant must submit a CMF Award application Application in accordance with the applicable Notice of Funds Availability (NOFA) published in the Federal Register. The NOFA will advise prospective Applicants on how to obtain and complete an application Application and will establish deadlines and other requirements. The NOFA will specify application Application evaluation factors and any limitations, special rules, procedures, and restrictions for a particular application Application round. After receipt of an applicationApplication, the CDFI Fund may request clarifying or technical information on the materials submitted as part of the applicationApplication.
