A savings association must include the information included in §§ 192.320 through 192.485 and 192.505 in your its plan of conversion. The appropriate Federal banking agency may require you the savings association to delete or revise any provision in your its plan of conversion if it determines the provision is inequitable; is detrimental to youthe savings association, your its account holders, or other savings associations; or is contrary to public interest.
