§ 303.276 - Enforcement of outstanding enforcement orders.

After consultation with the Director (DOS) or the Director (DCA), or a Deputy Director or an associate director, or the appropriate regional director or deputy regional director, as may be appropriate, the General Counsel or designee is authorized to initiate and prosecute any action to enforce any effective and outstanding order or temporary order issued under 12 U.S.C. 1817, 1818, 1820, 1828, 1829, 1831l, 1831o, 1972, or 3909, or any provision thereof, in the appropriate United States District Court.
