§ 903.8 - Case-by-Case Determinations.

(a)
Petition for Case-by-Case Determination. A Bank or the Office of Finance may seek a Case-by-Case Determination concerning any matter that may require a determination, finding or approval under the Bank Act or Finance Board regulations by the Board of Directors, and for which no controlling statutory, regulatory or other Finance Board standard previously has been established. The Office of Finance or a Bank seeking a Case-by-Case Determination shall file a Petition forCase-by-Case Determination in accordance with § 903.10. (b)
Intervention. A Member, a Bank, or the Office of Finance may file a Request to Intervene in the consideration of the Petition in accordance with § 903.11 if it believes its rights may be affected.
