§ 134.1104 Commencement of CVE AppealsVOSB or SDVOSB Appeal.
(a) A concern whose application for CVE verification VOSB or SDVOSB certification has been denied or whose CVE status has been cancelled decertified must file its appeal within 10 business days of receipt of the denial or cancellationdecertification.
(b) The rule for counting days is in § 134.202(d).
(c) OHA will dismiss an untimely appeal.
