§ 133.15 Application for certificate issuance or renewal.
Application for an original certificate or renewal of a certificate issued under this part is made on a form, and in a manner, prescribed by the Administrator. The form may be obtained from an FAA a Flight Standards District Officeoffice. The completed application is sent to the district office that has jurisdiction over responsible Flight Standards office for the area in which the applicant's home base of operation is located.
