  • § 380.4 Enforcement.

    In the case of any violation of the provision of the Statute 49 U.S.C. Subtitle VII or of this part, or any other rule, regulations, or order issued under the Statute, the violator may be subject to a proceeding pursuant to the Statute before the Department or a U.S district court, as the case may be, to compel compliance therewith; to civil penalties pursuant to the provisions of the Statute49 U.S.C. Subtitle VII, or to criminal penalties pursuant to the provisions of the Statute49 U.S.C. Subtitle VII, or other lawful sanctions.
