§ 758.9 Other applicable laws and regulations.
The provisions of this part 758 apply only to exports regulated by BIS, reexports, and transfers (in-country), as well as the activities of U.S. persons described in § 744.6 of the EAR, which are subject to the export laws and regulations administered or enforced by the Secretary. Nothing contained in this part 758 shall relieve any person from complying with any other law of the United States or rules and regulations issued thereunder, including those governing SEDs, EEI filings to AES records, and manifests, or any other applicable rules and regulations of the Bureau of Customs and Border Protection or Bureau of Immigration and Customs Enforcement.
