§ 922.161 Boundary.
The Sanctuary The sanctuary consists of an area of approximately 2900 2,872 square nautical miles (9,800 square kilometersnmi2) (3,803 sq. mi.) of coastal and ocean waters, and the submerged lands thereunder, surrounding the Florida Keys in Florida. Appendix I to this subpart sets forth the precise Sanctuary boundary.
