    This Table contains the representative unit energy costs that must be utilized to calculate estimated annual energy cost disclosures required under §§ 305.14, 305.15, 305.17, and 305.27 for refrigerators, refrigerator-freezers, freezers, clothes washers, and water heaters. This Table is based on information published by the U.S. Department of Energy in 2013.

    8 For the purposes of this table, 1 gallon of liquid propane has an energy equivalence of 91,333 Btu.

    9 For the purposes of this table, 1 gallon of kerosene has an energy equivalence of 135,000 Btu.
