§ 1235.2 Requirements for baby changing products.

Each baby changing product shall comply with all applicable provisions of ASTM F2388-1821, Standard Consumer Safety Specification for Baby Changing Products for Domestic Use, approved on February November 15, 20182021. The Director of the Federal Register approves this incorporation by reference in accordance with 5 U.S.C. 552(a) and 1 CFR part 51.
