§ 660.1 Scope.

This part applies to furnishers of information to consumer reporting agencies that are subject to administrative enforcement of the FCRA by the Federal Trade Commission pursuant to 15 U.S.C. 1681s(a)(1) (motor vehicle dealers as defined by § 660.2 of this part (referred to as “furnishers”).
