§ 12.202 - Disqualification of Administrative Judge.

§ 12.202 Disqualification of Judgment OfficerAdministrative Judge.
(a) At his their own request. A Judgment Officer An Administrative Judge may withdraw from a summary decisional proceeding when he considers himself they consider themselves to be disqualified on the grounds of personal bias, conflict of interest, or similar bases. In such event, he the Administrative Judge shall immediately notify the Commission and each of the parties of his the withdrawal and of his the basis for such action.
(b) Upon the request of a party. Any party may request a Judgment Officer an Administrative Judge to disqualify himself themselves on the grounds of personal bias, conflict of interest, or similar bases. Interlocutory review of an order denying such a request may be sought without certification of the matter by the Judgment Officer Administrative Judge only in accordance with the procedures set forth in § 12.309 of the Reparation Rules. .
