§ 111.55 Investigation of complaints.
Every complaint or charge against a broker which may be the basis for disciplinary action will may be forwarded for investigation to the special agent in charge of the area in which the broker is located. The special agent in charge appropriate investigative authority within the Department of Homeland Security. The investigative authority will submit a final report on the investigation of complaints to the director of the port processing Center and send a copy of it the report to the Assistant Commissioner. appropriate Executive Director, Office of Trade.
