§ 191.1 Authority of the Commissioner of CustomsCBP.
Pursuant to DHS Delegation number 7010.3, the Commissioner of CBP has the authority to prescribe, and pursuant to Treasury Department Order No. 165, Revised (T.D. 53654, 19 FR 7241), as amended, the Commissioner of Customs, with the approval of the 100-16 (set forth in the appendix to part 0 of this chapter), the Secretary of the Treasury , shall prescribe has the sole authority to approve, rules and regulations regarding drawback.
