Inquiries from Federal agencies concerning this part may be directed to the Office of Federal Financial Management Office of Management and Budget, in Washington, DC. Non-Federal entities' inquiries OMB. Inquiries from recipients or subrecipients should be addressed to the Federal awarding agency, the cognizant agency for indirect costs, the cognizant or oversight agency for audit, or the pass-through entity as appropriate.
