§ 520.2460a - Ticarbodine tablets.

(a)
Specifications. Ticarbodine tablets, veterinary contain 90, 225, or 900 milligrams of ticarbodine per tablet.(b)

Conditions of use. (1) The drug is used in dogs for the removal of roundworms (Toxocara canis ), hookworms (Ancylostoma caninum andUncinaria stenocephala ), and tapeworms (Dipylidium caninum andTaenia pisiformis ).(2) Dosage is administered at 45 milligrams of the drug per pound of body weight in a single dose. Dosage may be repeated in 21 days.
(3) Federal law restricts this drug to use by or on the order of a licensed veterinarian.
