§ 950.869 - Period for which allowances are established.

(a)
IHA-furnished utilities. Allowances will normally be established on a quarterly basis; however, residents may be surcharged on a monthly basis. The allowances established may provide for seasonal variations.(b)
Resident-purchased utilities. Monthly allowances shall be established at a uniform monthly amount based on an average monthly utility requirement for a year; however, if the utility supplier does not offer residents a uniform payment plan, the allowances established may provide for seasonal variations.
