§ 248.10 Appeals from administrative actions.
Any decision made by the Area Regional Director under this part 248 shall be subject to appeal to the Commissioner of Assistant Secretary - Indian Affairs, and any decision on the Commissioner of of the Assistant Secretary - Indian Affairs on such an appeal may be appealed to the Secretary of the Interior in accordance with part 2 of this chapter.
