§ 1601.8 Where to make a charge.
A charge may be made using the EEOC's designated digital systems, in person, by facsimile, or by mail at to any EEOC office of the Commission or with to any designated representative of the Commission. The addresses of the CommissionEEOC's offices appear in § 1610.4.
