or copy(a) In general. A request to inspect
shallany record subject to this subpart

Such a request may be sent to the Disclosure Officer or made in person between the hours of 9 a.m. and 4 p.m. on any working day in the Office of the General Counsel, PBGC, 1200 K Street, NW., Suite 11101, Washington, DC 20005-4026. To expedite processing, the request should be prominently identified as a “FOIA request.” [68 FR 61358, Oct. 28, 2003, as amended at 74 FR 27081, June 8, 2009must be submitted in writing to the Disclosure Officer, Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation
, by mail, in-person delivery, or electronic telecommunication in accordance with the FOIA instructions on PBGC's website, www.pbgc.gov. To facilitate processing, “FOIA request” should appear prominently on the request.
(b) Assistance with requests. A person who intends to submit or has submitted a request to inspect any record subject to this subpart may at any time seek assistance from a FOIA Public Liaison listed on PBGC's website, www.pbgc.gov. PBGC's FOIA Public Liaisons are responsible for assisting in reducing delays, increasing transparency and understanding of the status of requests, and assisting in the resolution of disputes.
