§ 210.205 - What reports must I submit to claim allowances on Indian coal leases?

General. You must submit the following MMS forms to claim a transportation or washing allowance, as applicable, on Indian coal leases:(1) Form MMS-4292, Coal Washing Allowance Report, to claim an allowance for the reasonable, actual costs incurred to wash coal under § 206.458 of this chapter.
(2) Form MMS-4293, Coal Transportation Allowance Report, to claim an allowance for the reasonable, actual costs of transporting coal to a sales point or a washing facility remote from the mine or lease under § 206.461 of this chapter.

Reporting options. You must submit the forms manually. You may findthe forms on our Internet Web site at http://www.mrm.mms.gov/ReportingServices/Forms/AFSSol_Min.htm or request forms from MMS at P.O. Box 25165, MS 390B2, Denver, Colorado 80217-0165.(c)
Reporting address. You must submit completed Forms MMS-4292 and MMS-4293 by:(1) U.S. Postal Service regular or express mail addressed to Minerals Management Service, P.O. Box 25165, MS 390B2, Denver, Colorado 80217-0165; or
(2) Special courier or overnight mail addressed to Minerals Management Service, Building 85, Room A-614, MS 390B2, Denver Federal Center, West 6th Ave. and Kipling Blvd., Denver, Colorado 80225.
