§ 783.1 What does this part do?Scope.
This part establishes the minimum requirements for the descriptions of environmental resources and conditions that you must include in an application for a permit to conduct underground mining activities. Secretary's approval of regulatory program provisions for the environmental resources contents of applications for permits for underground mining activities.
