§ 1.30 Application to system of records maintained by Government contractors.

When a component contracts for the operation of a system of records, to accomplish a Departmental Treasury function, the provisions of the Privacy Act , 5 U.S.C. 552a, and this subpart shall must be applicable applied to such system.
