§ 589.306 OFACCrimea region of Ukraine.
The term OFAC means the Department of the Treasury's Office of Foreign Assets Control Crimea region of Ukraine includes the land territory in that region as well as any maritime areas over which sovereignty, sovereign rights, or jurisdiction is claimed based on purported sovereignty over that land territory.
