§ 863.24 - AFLC lease negotiation.

WPCC negotiates leases of equipment no longer being acquired by AFSC. WPPC also amends leases and recommends renewal, if appropriate. The Secretarial D&F sets the basic terms and conditions which must be incorporated into the lease. WPCC works with SAF/ACCS to establish the proper lease charges.
