§ 127.1405 Repairs.

Each operator of a waterfront facility handling LHG shall must ensure that -
(a) Equipment is repaired so that -
(1) The equipment continues to meet the applicable requirements in this subpart; and
(2) Safety is not compromised; and
(b) Welding and cutting meet NFPA 51B (incorporated by reference, see § 127.003).
