§ 165.T13-035 - Safety Zone: Wreckage of the M/V NEW CARISSA, Pacific Ocean 3 Nautical Miles North of the Entrance to Coos Bay, Oregon.

(a)
Location. The following area is a safety zone: The waters of the Pacific Ocean encompassed by a 1000 yard radius surrounding the wreckage of the M/V NEW CARISSA located 3 NM north of the entrance to Coos Bay, Oregon.(b)
Enforcement period. This rule will be in effect from 10 a.m. June 05, 2008, to 11:59 p.m. August 31, 2008.(c)
Regulations. In accordance with the general regulations in § 165.23 of this part, entry into this safety zone is prohibited unless authorized by the Captain of the Port or his designated representative.
