Parties eligible for grants under this subpart are profit and nonprofit public and private agencies, organizations, and institutions except only the National Theatre of the Deaf, Inc. and other appropriate non-profit organizations are eligible for a grant, contract, or cooperative agreement under § 332.10(f).
