§ 364.34 What are the fiscal and accounting requirements?

In addition to complying with applicable 2 CFR part 200 fiscal and accounting requirements, the State plan must include satisfactory assurances that all recipients of financial assistance under parts B and C of chapter 1 of title VII of the Act will adopt those fiscal control and fund accounting procedures as may be necessary to ensure the proper disbursement of and accounting for those funds.
